Meet Ted Rose
Ted combines a successful track record in business with deep training in Buddhism and personal growth work. He co-founded and led a clean energy business. He has consulted with hundreds of leaders. He is a partner at Evolution, the boutique executive coaching firm.
Ted utilizes his passion for fostering mindfulness training and effective communication to help service his clients.
Ted founded and served as a Director and Chief Executive Officer of Gravity Renewables, a clean energy company where he raised and deployed hundreds of millions of dollars in equity and debt. He enjoyed a successful exit from the firm in 2020.
After attending Harvard College, Ted worked as a television producer at Court TV and Dateline NBC and then as a magazine writer and editor. He left New York to live up at Drala Mountain Center (here’s a link to an NPR commentary aired at the time) before moving to Boulder, Colorado, where he has lived ever since.
He launched a clean energy business career soon after coming down the mountain, which culminated with co-founding and serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Gravity Renewables, a clean energy company that connected small hydropower facilities to schools and municipalities.
He lives with his wife and his two children and enjoys backpacking, golfing and swimming.
